Course Overview

Wait a minute!  Wasn’t it an ax and 41?  Not so.  Like most of the information about the 1892 murder, the popular rhyme got it wrong.  In an era when murders by the “weaker sex” were rare, the trial - and acquittal - of Lizzie Borden made her a media sensation.  Today, the case remains unsolved.  Join us in the Borden home in Fall River, Massachusetts on the morning of August 4 where two bodies lay in pools of congealed blood. You decide if Lizzie killed her parents.
