Belly Dance, or Raqs Sharqi, is an alluring and exciting dance form that you can incorporate into your daily movement routine, boost your confidence, and have fun in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment. Best of all, it is accessible to all fitness levels. The movements of belly dance can work for every BODY! Join me in this workshop to learn a few fundamental moves and shimmy away your holiday stress. Coin belt and hip scarves will be available to borrow.
