Holiday Workshop Series Class

In this workshop, we'll make two finished card projects. Our focus will be on making clean & simple cards -- often these are greeting cards without lots of layers or tons of bling or fuss. We'll explore some fun techniques with inks and paper and subtle ways to add finishing touches!

All materials provided.

What You'll Learn

Learn the art of making beautiful and unique holiday cards
Learn paper sanding, masking, ink blending, embossing, stamping and how to add finishing touches (spatter, spritzing, embellishments) to make the card uniquely yours!
Take away 2 - 4 beautiful cards to give plus one special item.

Who Should Attend

Burnt out on store bought cards and want to try your hand at something different and more personal? No experience is necessary to create beautiful and unique holiday greeting cards.

New Mexico Arts & Crafts Festival 2025

This workshop is part of the New Mexico Arts & Crafts Festival held on November 8, 2025 at UNM Continuing Education. There will be craft workshops going on throughout the day, as well as artist booths and food trucks. Join this workshop to make your own gifts and then shop for unique, locally handmade gifts from New Mexico artists and vendors.
