The course is designed for participants to register based on their role—whether as a leader or a staff member—to ensure tailored learning experiences before coming together for collaborative sessions.
The course is divided into two cohorts:
- Leader Cohort: Focuses on the challenges leaders face in managing a diverse workforce across generations and provides strategies for fostering strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills. Meets as a cohort on October 1, then joins other cohort on October 15.
- Staff Cohort: Concentrates on the challenges staff may encounter when working with leaders from different generations, offering strategies to enhance collaboration, communication, and career development. Meets as a cohort on October 8, then joins other cohort on October 15.
