The Mentoring Institute is proud to announce its comprehensive Mentoring Micro-Credentials Program—a professional development series designed to deepen mentoring expertise and elevate program management across sectors.
Whether you're a faculty member, undergraduate or graduate student, administrator, mentoring program leader, or professional from another industry, this program offers a transformative learning experience grounded in research, reflection, and real-world application.
Participants may earn up to four Micro-Credentials. Each Micro-credential will be granted upon the successful completion of two 8-week sections.
- Live Sessions: Weekly, 2-hour synchronous Zoom sessions
- Asynchronous Work: Pre-session preparation and post-session project-based assignments
- Non-Sequential Modules: Participants may join the program at any desired section; however, the micro-credential will be awarded only after both sections are completed.
- Up to 4 Micro-Credentials in Mentoring
- Certificates of Completion for each course
- 64 total instructional hours across the full series
- Learn in The Mentoring Way (Alred & Garvey, 2019), which promotes autonomy, reflection, and community.
- Engage with an internationally recognized, award-winning facilitation team
