Course Overview

This self-paced course is designed to help K-8 teacher candidates successfully pass the Praxis Teaching Reading (5205) to K-8 Students licensure examination.

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the structure and format of the Praxis Teaching Reading to K-8 Students licensure examination

Who Should Attend

Pre-licensure teacher candidates who are finishing their program of study at the University of NM and others who want to become licensed in New Mexico to teach Kindergarten through 8th grade.

Additional Information

Participants will have sixty (60) days from date of enrollment to complete the course and must complete 80% of course to receive a Certificate of Completion.
