Course Overview

Prepare for the often-neglected but important process of clinical supervision. Methods and styles of clinical supervision are reviewed, as are legal responsibilities of the clinical supervisor. Approaches are presented for using session tapes, obtaining and using client feedback, promoting ongoing clinical skill-building, evaluating treatment outcomes, preventing burnout and promoting staff retention. 

Meet your NM Counseling and Therapy Board license renewal requirement for those in Supervisory positions with this course.
Per Board: All licensees who are providing supervision must obtain nine (9) CEU hours of supervision. 

This course is NAADAC Approved for 3 professional training hours (CEUs).  NM Counseling and Therapy Practice Board recognizes NAADAC approved hours.
