Course Overview

Are you dreading conversations as the 2024 election approaches? Do you dread the post-election conversation over your Thanksgiving meal? Have you lost friends, or unfriended people or been unfriended on Facebook? Is it possible to have disagreements without the screaming? I know it is! Using some surprising texts and examples, together we will learn how to center ourselves and be able to navigate through conversations during this divisive time. We will discover some ways to stay centered and encourage the others in our conversations to do so through our example and move toward mutual understanding.
