Course Overview
When we think of wine, chances are we don't necessarily think of New Mexico as the land of "wine opportunities." What elements make a good wine? Understand the key aspects of wine culture and how different features like growing environment and storage methods impact the character of a wine. You will also learn how to correctly taste and evaluate a wine based on aroma, flavor, color, clarity, mouthfeel and finish. Produced exclusively from New Mexico grapes, Sheehan Winery’s award-winning wines reflect the unique combination of sun, high altitude, dry climate and soil of the New Mexico climate. Join us for a relaxing and informative program on New Mexico’s wine culture!
