Course Overview

This course teaches the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to build a foundation in human resource (HR) management theory and practice. The course covers the basic HR functions: recruitment, selection, training, performance management, total rewards, workplace health and safety, employer-employee relations, HR planning and forecasting, HR metrics, ethical and legal considerations, diversity, discipline and termination, and global HRM.
