Course Overview
This professional development course provides individuals and organizations with vital new theories and information to enhance and excel life and culture at one's organization. This course will explore how one’s thoughts, language and behaviors affect one’s reality and by examining and changing this one can improve one’s life and work culture.
One of the key elements to the success of an organization or company is the people and work culture, also known as “organizational culture.” Organizational culture is the collection of values, expectations, and practices that guide and inform the actions of all team members. By understanding and adapting one’s culture, one can create a more positive and successful work environment for current employees and improve the organization as a whole. This course will provide you with a framework to evaluate your current organizational culture and then provide you with the tools to strategically develop and improve it.

- Understand how thoughts, language and behavior affect one's reality and in changing these - an individual can "excel one's reality"
- Learn the value of Quantum Physics as it applies to one's perception/reality
