2140 - Comic Art Illustration and Design
Course Overview
Comic Art is an exciting medium that tells a story through a series of images and text. With pencil, pen, and drawing tools, learn how to use different lines, textures, techniques and depth in your drawings. Through use of sequential thumbnail sketches, you will draw scenes and characters to create comic art from your imagination or reference. This is a hands-on course which includes basic drawing fundamentals and techniques.

discuss resources for materials first day of class.
Please bring any artwork you have done or any graphic comics books etc. that
you have in your collection.
