Course Overview

This class provides hands-on instruction from an experienced professional musician on the basics of how to play the Harmonica. Beginning with how to hold the instrument and basic method and technique to get a full, rich sound, the class quickly progresses to learning to play simple songs and advances in the final sessions to “cross-harp” technique used for blues, rock, folk and country styles.

This class requires a harmonica in the key of "C," Hohner Corp or other similar brand.

There will be an optional opportunity to perform with classmates for a live audience at the New Mexico Arts & Crafts Festival on November 19th!
