Course Overview
Stay up to date with the latest changes to New Mexico’s Real Estate Licensing regulations. This 30-hour course fulfills one of the key requirements for becoming a licensed real estate broker in New Mexico. Licensure Requirements
This course is designed to satisfy the educational requirements established by the State of New Mexico for individuals seeking a New Mexico Real Estate Associate Broker license. Successful completion of this course does not guarantee licensure. Students must also meet all other requirements established by the New Mexico Real Estate Commission, including examination, application, background check, and any additional state requirements in effect at the time of licensure.
This course is approved for New Mexico real estate licensure requirements only. Completion of this course does not automatically satisfy the pre-licensure education requirements of other states.
Licensing requirements vary by state. Individuals seeking licensure outside of New Mexico should contact the appropriate state licensing authority to determine whether this course may qualify through reciprocity, educational equivalency, or other licensing pathways.
Prerequisites
The students must complete 37400 Real Estate Law and 37401 Real Estate Principles and Practices. If you completed the two programs with another institute, please submit the completion certificate to Amy Thompson athompson8@unm.edu for approval.
