Course Overview

The University of New Mexico Continuing Education’s Live Online Project Management Professional (PMP) Exam Readiness is designed for participants with an interest in project management and becoming certified PMP, while being able to balance demanding careers, professional, personal, and family commitments.

This course is aimed at teaching you how to be ready for the PMP exam. Taught by PMP certified instructor with deep expertise in project and program management, in an interactive style with a right balance of wit and fun.

This spring term is your final opportunity to take the PMBOK® 7th Edition course and remain fully aligned with the PMP® exam for candidates testing before July 1, 2026. If you plan to sit for the PMP exam prior to this date, enrolling this spring ensures you are studying the precise framework, terminology, and exam emphasis you will encounter—without gaps or last-minute changes. Take advantage of this critical window to prepare with confidence and position yourself for success on your first attempt.

Participants must attend 8 of the 10 sessions to receive a Digital Badge of Completion.
