Course Overview

Are you almost ready to take your exams to become a New Mexico Real Estate Broker? Ready for one final review? Do you want to pass the exam with confidence on the first try?

This 18-hour Exam Prep may be just what you need. While this prep course will not reteach all the items in the 90 hours of pre-licensing programs, it will take you through the highlights of all the items listed on the published test outlines. This program includes 1-hour free private coaching session, so the participant will have an opportunity to ask and clarify specific questions.

Prerequisites: Completion of the 90-hour Pre-Licensing program: 30-hour Real Estate Law; 30-hour Real Estate Principles and Practice; 30-hour Broker Basics

Who Should Attend

The person that just finished the Broker Basic course or completed the pre-licensing program but didn't take the exam right away. 

Additional Information

Required Materials: The textbook from your pre-licensing programs, your class notes, and a copy of the most current version of the New Mexico Real Estate License Law and Real Estate Commission Rules (available for download from the NM Real Estate Commission Web site).

If you didn't take the Pre-Licensing program with us, please make sure to take notes throughout the sessions.
