This 18-hour Exam Prep may be just what you need. While this prep course will not reteach all the items in the 90 hours of pre-licensing classes, it will take you through the highlights of all the items listed on the published test outlines. This program includes 1-hour free private coaching session, so the student will have an opportunity to ask and clarify specific questions.

The student just finished Broker Basic course. 

The student who completed the pre-licensing program but didn't take the exam right away.  

Additional Information

Required Materials: The textbook from your pre-licensing classes, your class notes, and a copy of the most current version of the New Mexico Real Estate License Law and Real Estate Commission Rules (available for download from the NM Real Estate Commission Web site). If you didn't take the Pre-Licensing program with us, please make sure to take notes throughout the sessions.
