Course Overview

What is forgiveness? How can I forgive others and myself more easily? Carrying around resentments or self-criticism harms our health, emotional energy, and sense of well-being, destroying our enjoyment of this moment. Learning to forgive is an important skill for our own happiness. It doesn’t mean glossing over an offense, nor allowing it to be repeated. We’ll include discussion of how to communicate our needs clearly and set appropriate boundaries. With a slide show, discussion, and short videos we’ll explore this subject, with the aim of helping us to be more forgiving both to others and ourselves.
