Course Overview

This professional development course delves into using herbs along with diet and lifestyle for supporting and keeping one's family healthy. In the five sessions we will explore the needs and common ailments of the various life stages from infant to elder.

Topics will include safe herbs for kids, puberty, stress & anxiety, reproductive health, adrenal fatigue, healthy aging, and more. This course will help guide your family towards greater health and well-being as you learn family herbalism.
