According to the latest Lightcast “Speed of Skill Change” report, job postings with generative AI increased by 15,625% from 2021 to 2024. This rapid skill disruption is impacting tech jobs and non-technical roles across industries.

The next step for business professionals who have learned basic AI prompting skills is identifying where AI can enhance productivity and build automated workflows. With the emergence of no-code tools, automating workflows no longer requires programming skills or development teams, making it possible for non-technical employees to fully automate routine, repetitive tasks.

While our AI Prompting course teaches the foundations of AI prompting and tools like ChatGPT and Claude, this is a more advanced course focused on identifying and building workflows with AI and no-code tools and driving the adoption of AI throughout an organization. Learners will come away with the practical skills and mindsets to create automations, and the perspective to position themselves as leaders and problem solvers in their businesses.

The course guides students in answering key questions: What’s worth automating? How do I create a functional workflow? And how do I get my team to adopt it once it's built? With a hands-on approach, this course helps learners move from AI theory to practical automation. Course is a 5 week program for 50 contact hours.

What You'll Learn

Learners will get hands-on experience with the following AI and no-code automation tools:

• Notebook LM for AI-assisted research
• ChatGPT Plus for AI-supported automation
• LucidChart or Miro for process mapping and workflow design
• Zapier or Make.com for no-code automation
