This engaging eight-week course offers practical strategies and guidance for both leaders and staff to navigate generational workplace dynamics effectively.
This course will provide strategies and practical guidance for both leaders and staff. Spanning eight weeks, it includes two 2-week segments: the first targets leaders, exploring challenges they encounter with younger staff, and the second focuses on the younger generation, addressing their workplace challenges.
The remaining six weeks bring everyone together for interactive sessions that break down barriers, tackle common challenges, and introduce strategies to create a thriving, inclusive workplace culture that maximizes the strengths of every generation. With a hands-on, experiential approach, participants will gain real-world skills they can immediately apply.
