96473 - The Art of Persuasion: Lead with Your Story
Course Overview
Simply describing the features of your product, service or resume, is often not enough to persuade stakeholders to follow your recommendations or invest in your idea. You must be able to express a personal connection with the challenges and problems your solutions address.
This connection will make you more human and relatable, thus engaging listeners and collaborators in unique and memorable ways. The most impactful way to communicate messages that move the audience into action is through storytelling.
This leadership development course is designed to provide you with the communication tools to uncover your own unique set of values, vision, and purpose that are foundational to the creation of a persuasive leadership story. You will learn how to effectively lead teams through growth and change, and persuade stakeholders to follow you.
