Tim Anderson is the former managing editor of CameraArts magazine and has been a professional photographer for more than 40 years. He has a wide range of experience from shooting dragsters and NASCAR sanctioned races to political figures to concerts (Emmylou Harris, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Motley Crüe, etc.). His real passions, however, is the female nude, the intimate portrait and the many opportunities they represent. Taking influences from Lucien Clergue, Edward Weston, Imogen Cunningham, and Ruth Bernhard, Tim strives to discover new angles" of appreciation within the timeless form of the nude body and the human face. Whether the finished product is a full body image or an intriguing portrait, the message he attempts to convey is that of simplicity of line and form, light and shadow.
