Course Overview

In this two-hour workshop, participants will be demystifying a live language that has been lasting for thousands of years, learning about the basics of a writing system which is also an art form in East Asian cultures, and creating their first piece of calligraphy art.

New Mexico Arts & Crafts Festival 2024

This workshop is part of the New Mexico Arts & Crafts Festival held on November 9, 2024 at UNM Continuing Education. There will be craft workshops going on throughout the day, as well as artist booths and food trucks.
