Course Overview

Discover the joy of movement in a welcoming, inclusive environment where creativity, wellness, and community come together. This 10-class package is designed specifically for adult learners, with dance classes encourage participants to build confidence, improve balance and flexibility, and develop artistic expression, regardless of prior experience. Whether you are stepping into a dance studio for the first time, returning after many years, or looking to strengthen your technique, each class emphasizes personal growth over perfection in a supportive, judgment-free atmosphere.

Intro to Ballet, Beginning Ballet, and Intermediate Ballet, provide a progressive pathway from foundational movement to more advanced technique. Students will learn ballet terminology, proper alignment, musicality, coordination, and expressive movement while improving strength, posture, and body awareness.

In addition to Ballet, the studio offers a variety of adult movement experiences that reflect its commitment to lifelong learning and whole-person wellness. These include Ballet Sculpt, Stretch, Strength, & Stability (SSASY), Contemporary, Jazz and Social Dance (including Latin, Ballroom, Swing, and Country Western).

Through engaging instruction, supportive classmates, and a focus on presence rather than competition, participants will discover movement as both an art form and a pathway to greater physical well-being, confidence, and community connection.
