This 30-hour course fulfills one of the key requirements for becoming a licensed real estate broker in New Mexico. A webcam is required for this course and must remain on, with participants visible, during all live sessions. It may be turned off during breaks. This requirement is mandated by the New Mexico Real Estate Commission.
To be eligible for a Certificate of Completion, participants are required to attend a minimum of 90% of the program sessions (9 out of 10 sessions).
