Course Overview

The ITIL® 5 Foundation course will be held Tuesday - Thursday, 9/29/26-10/1/26. ITIL® 5 Foundation Bridge course is offered on Friday 10/2/2026.
 
The ITIL 5 Foundation qualification introduces candidates to the management of modern IT-enabled services, equipping them with a strong understanding of key concepts, common language, and practical applications of ITIL 5 guidance. This certification helps individuals enhance their work and contribute to their organization's efficiency by adopting ITIL best practices.
 
Additionally, the qualification provides insight into the ITIL 5 service management framework, highlighting its evolution to accommodate modern technologies and contemporary ways of working.
 
As part of the training, participants will also receive two opportunities to take the exam, ensuring they have the best chance of succeeding.
