Course Overview

Email is one of the most common tools at work but can also be one of the most frustrating. Messages get ignored, misunderstood, or delayed, even when the information is accurate. The problem isn’t effort; it’s how emails are written. Too often, they’re unclear, hard to scan, or missing the point, which creates extra work for everyone.
This course will help you increase your email open rate and get more responses by writing for your reader. You’ll also learn to use concision and design strategies to make your emails even more clear and actionable.
