Important Information

The cannabis industry in New Mexico is regulated at the state level; however, most positions within the industry do not require individual professional licensure. This program provides education and training for careers in the cannabis industry but does not result in a required professional license or guarantee employment. These credentials may lead to voluntary state-level licensure in New Mexico, but are not required to be employed in the cannabis industry. Students are encouraged to research current state regulations and employer requirements within their intended area of practice.
