Course Overview

Throughout time, a sense of humor and the ability to laugh has been heralded as an elixir for health, well-being and a long life. We will explore this idea, tongue in cheek, but somewhat seriously, and sometimes with a foot in mouth. The class will be mostly light-hearted with silly and fun participation, hoping you leave with a sore tummy and aching cheeks. Oh, and maybe learn a few things along the way going home with a lighter step and a happier disposition. He He, Ho Ho and a hearty Ha Ha Ha!
