Course Overview
This program will teach people with no prior experience to play ukulele and provide them with the skills to play in a large ensemble of multipart music. Learn the fundamentals of playing ukulele in a supportive, relaxed environment.
Over the course of the sessions, you'll become familiar with essential chords, strumming patterns, and basic music theory. Whether you're a complete beginner or just looking to refresh your skills, this class offers a hands-on approach. By the end, you'll be able to play songs, understand notation, and gain the confidence to continue your musical journey. All you need is a ukulele and a passion for learning!

Who Should Attend
This is a Beginner's class! Students with no musical background will walk away able to play ukulele effectively as a soloist and an ensemble member. Students will be able to read music posted on the internet to learn songs that interest them. Students will know how to participate in a cooperative musical environment.Additional Information
