Course OverviewOur emails do more than just inform our readers: they help us create relationships with our readers. In today's largely remote work environment, this is even more true. To write clear, actionable emails, writers must provide needed details without getting too wordy. This course will help you write emails that clarify your point, sound clear to the reader, and reduce the amount of questions you receive back from your readers.
What You'll LearnParticipants will learn to provide a main point, a call to action, and a clear subject line that steers the reader in the right direction before they even open the email. Participants will also learn to create concise sentences and avoid using extra, unnecessary words in their emails.
Who Should AttendAll levels of staff who use email at work.
