Course Overview
Enjoy an afternoon in a New Mexico garden and learn how medicinal herbs can positively impact health and wellness for you and your family! Led by herbalist Katherine White in her home garden, you will be introduced to over 60 medicinal plants. You will be able to see, touch, smell and taste most of these. You will learn basic uses for these plants, what parts to use, and see the conditions in which they grow.

- See, touch, smell and taste many of the plants and understand their benefits in health and wellness
