Course Overview

Craft brewing has an illustrious and multi-faceted history in the US and around the world. Modern craft brewing has enjoyed a resurgence since the 1960s and craft beers comprise over 30% of the overall beer market. Whether you're already an aficionado, or simply partial, join industry expert, Angelo Orona, as he helps you taste your way through the world of beer! A curated list of top quality craft beer have been selected to help participants get familiar with the history, ingredients and intense flavors that make beer the world’s third most popular beverage!

From the famed Oktoberfest to the myriad unique styles brewed there, Germany has occupied a unique place in world brewing culture for quite some time. Known for their invention of the most popular beer category on the planet (Lager), this is only a small part of the story of beer in Germany.
