Crust as Easy as Pie!

Is there any dish, short of the bird, that says “holiday” like pie? From modest beginnings… the basic scratch crust is four ingredients plus cold water - pie has grown into a varied, celebrated, but never humble dessert. We’ll focus on building a holiday-ready two-crust apple pie, utilizing real fruit with variations for those with particular dietary needs.

Whether you’ll be baking along on your first pie or picking up tips for your one-hundredth, however you slice it, this will be a delicious class, full of mouthwatering tips for flaky crusts and perfect filling.
