Course Overview

Use Microsoft Project 2013 as your Project Management Information System (PMIS). Learn how to outline and build a specific project plan step-by-step, incorporating complex relationships between tasks and resources. Design a Work Breakdown Structure to ensure completion of the project, set realistic schedules, make accurate estimates, and manage the expectations of customers. Prerequisite: Basic computer experience. E-Textbook will be provided: Microsoft Project 2016 (This book is also required for the MS Project Module 2 & 3).
