6491 - Back Talk
Course Overview
Back pain is one of the most common health concerns, affecting nearly 90% of Americans at some point in their lives. Whether it develops gradually from everyday habits or appears suddenly after an injury, back pain can interfere with work, sleep, exercise, and overall quality of life. We'll explore the most common causes of back pain and discover practical, evidence-informed strategies to help prevent and manage discomfort naturally.
Learn how posture, body mechanics, and daily habits, including the way you sit, stand, lift, work, and sleep, can either contribute to or help relieve back pain. You'll also be introduced to a variety of natural approaches that may support healing and improve mobility before considering more invasive treatments such as medication or surgery. Whether you're looking to prevent future problems or find new ways to manage existing pain, this class will provide valuable tools and insights to help you move more comfortably and confidently in everyday life.
