Course Overview
This certification course introduces ITIL® (Version 5) and how the global service management best practice has evolved to manage digital products and services holistically across the ITIL Value System (ITIL VS). ITIL® (Version 5) is the next iteration of the framework, incorporating all the best from previous versions and expanding the body of knowledge with an end-to-end digital operating model.
ITIL® (Version 5) provides practical, AI-native guidance for the design, delivery, and continual improvement of tech-enabled products and services. It enables IT teams to play a crucial role in wider business strategy and integrates modern ways of working including DevOps and PRINCE2®. The purpose of the ITIL® 5 Foundation qualification is to introduce the management of modern IT-enabled digital products and services, to provide an understanding of the common language and key concepts, and to show how organizations can improve with ITIL® (Version 5) guidance.
The qualification provides candidates with an understanding of the ITIL Value System, the Product and Service Lifecycle, and how they support organizational goals in a digital and AI-driven era. This is a full training package that includes knowledge transfer as well as the associated certification exam.
